Foxit Phantom PDF Suite 2.0 is a comprehensive application that provides everything you need to create, convert, rearrange and edit PDF files.

The program installs a virtual printer driver that allows you to create PDFs from any printable document. Just open it, print to the Foxit Printer and it'll generate the file for you.

A new batch conversion tool will convert an entire folder of files all at once. Just drag and drop them onto the program (Microsoft Word, Office and PowerPoint files are accepted, as well as plain text), click the Convert button and Phantom will quickly convert them all to PDF.

A lengthy list of editing options includes the ability to highlight, strikeout, underline or replace text, draw shapes on the page (lines, boxes, ovals and more), and add stamps like "Approved" or "Confidential". You can also add notes and comments to a page, attach files, insert pictures, embed audio and video files, and more.

It's also possible to reorganise files at the page level: you can reorder, replace, extract or delete pages to suit your needs. Or maybe just add a new page to act as a cover sheet. A form designer lets you create interactive forms that can collect and store data. And security tools allow you to password-protect files or encrypt them, optionally with a digital certificate.
