EPapyrus PDF-Pro is a collection of tools for creating and manipulating PDF files.

A virtual printer driver gives you the ability to create PDFs from any application; the batch converter converts various files to PDF (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, RTF, BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF); the Page Organiser splits one PDF into multiple pages, or merges several PDFs into one; you can customise your PDF with stamps or watermarks; security tools allow you to batch encrypt documents and restrict their copying, printing or editing; and you can redact text, annotate and highlight it, attach files and more.

Some of these functions are scattered across individual applications. You'll only see the printer driver if you click File > Print in an application and select "PDF-Pro"; batch conversions are handled by a separate Batch Console tool, and the split/ merge functions are in a stand-alone Page Organiser app.

Everything else is available in the main PDF-Pro application. Open a PDF file here and you can browse it with the built-in viewer, then add stamps, draw circles and lines and do whatever else you need via the various toolbars and menus.
