Partition Logic is a free hard drive partition management tool that can create, delete, wipe, format, resize, copy and move your partitions.
The program comes in the form of a small (3.5MB) bootable ISO image, so you'll need to burn that to a blank CD and then boot from it to sample Partition Logic's abilities. But despite this, it's still fairly easy to use: the disc is based on the Visopsys operating system and uses a familiar graphical interface, so if you've ever used any other partitioning software you'll feel at home here right away.
There are issues here, though. The program "does not work with some SATA hard disks", the author's site tells us, a little vaguely. It can't format partitions as NTFS, and can't resize FAT file systems. And is only able to move primary partitions.
It may be wise to check the online manual, then,to confirm that Partition Logic is up to whatever task you'd like it to carry out. And, of course, back up your system fully before you use the program to reorganise your drives.
Verdict:
An interesting partition management tool, though with some significant limitations
