Saleen Video Manager is a capable tool for browsing, organising and viewing video files.
Point the program at folders containing your video files and it'll import them into a single library, making it easier to find what you need.
Saleen Video Manager generates thumbnails of each video as it's imported, too. You can then scroll through these thumbnails without opening the full video, or double-click a particular frame to open and play the video from that point.
Every library file has a bunch of properties you can modify: rating, tags, description, actors, URL and more. There's no attempt to integrate with or search IMDB or anywhere similar, though, so you have to enter everything manually.
The library may be searched or filtered by date range, tags and more.
You also get a simple playlist system, while basic file management tools allow you to rename or delete your target files.
Verdict:
Saleen Video Manager's core thumbnail browser is easy to set up and use, and probably justifies the download all on its own. We're less convinced about the library features, but you don't have to use them all: simply pick and choose whatever you like.
