Paragon Hard Disk Manager for Mac is a one-stop partition management and snapshot-based backup tool.
The program allows browsing your partitions, resizing, moving and redistributing free space-- even between OS X and Windows partitions.
There are all the low-level tools you'd expect from a Paragon app: you can change partition properties, convert file systems and partition schemes, fix boot problems and more.
The program can back up and recover some, or all of your partitions, both Windows and OS X. This includes the system partition, while it's in use.
Backups may be complete, or you can run incremental backups to save only changed data, improving performance.
Backup images may be mounted as virtual drives for easy browsing and restore of individual files, or you can recover everything via a bootable USB key or external disk.
Bonus features include secure file deletion to completely wipe partitions, and an option to migrate the contents of one disk to a larger one.
Verdict:
Paragon Hard Disk Manager for Mac is an excellent backup tool and partition manager.
