Syncdocs is a small application which synchronises the contents of a specified folder with Google Docs.

So everything you copy into that folder is uploaded to Google Docs (and any other PCs of yours running Syncdocs), and everything you create in Google Docs is synchronised to each of your Syncdocs folders. Rename or delete a file and those changes will be synchronised, too.

Made a mistake? Not a problem, revision control means older versions of each document are preserved (subject to your available online space, anyway), which means you may be able to go back in time to recover an older copy of the file.

And straightforward access control allows you to share any of your files with the entire world, or just specific users, which could be easier than sending people documents as chunky email attachments. Especially as, once they have access, they'll be able to see the latest version of your file at any time.

Please note, the Syncdocs installer will try to make Google Docs your default PDF viewer. If you have a problem with that then check your options during installation, and clear the appropriate check box when it appears.
